Program Description: Many couples struggle with how to equitably navigate household and family responsibilities, especially once they become parents, but few practical solutions are available to them. Eve Rodsky’s Fair Play Method offers a new system for couples struggling with this challenge, as well as a helpful framework for providers to explore this issue with their patients.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will learn a new vocabulary for discussing domestic life in more helpful terms with both couples and individuals.
- Participants will increase their understanding of why traditional guidance around this issue has failed most couples.
- Participants will learn the fundamentals of the Fair Play system and be equipped to begin introducing the system in their clinical work, as well as their personal lives.
- Participants will learn about common implementation challenges and how to effectively address them.
All participants will also receive access to relevant materials and resources.
